Mission:
As we strived through the years, we got to know the technological industry of Pakistan better. There were issues left untouched and myths ruining people’s concept of technology. Issues like misleading sellers and their unreliable products, unaffordability of the reliable and renowned products, miscommunication and transportation, etc. To top it off, myths like the laziness and unemployment amongst people are the products of technology, and technology is “Amreeka ki saazish”, etc. prevailed.
The people were having a hard time in trusting the vendors and that was because the market was ripe with faulted gadgets, loopholes in communication and the majority of customer’s rants went unheard. To further Pakistan’s technological development, we knew we had to deal with the issues and myths beforehand. We are still tackling these issues but are very positive that soon enough people will learn how to make the most out of technology, and WE WILL HELP THEM IN THE PROCESS.
Paklap.pk came into being with a vision in mind and a concept to implement upon. As we got bigger, so did our vision of providing our customers with nothing but the best. From advancing the nation to helping them think innovatively and providing them with original and reliable products, our vision and mission kept getting bigger.
How Did We Go Big?
Our story is not about overnight success but days in and days out of endeavours. It has been 15 years now since we have been serving our customers. We put in our time and energy into the vision of seeing a more developed nation and today we can proudly say that we are one of the biggest tech stores of Pakistan.
Honestly speaking, we did not do much, just remained loyal to our vision. But yes, in order to keep from going astray and staying committed to the vision we faced some hurdles.
