  1. i. You can purchase from us by placing your order on our website. We have a variety of tech products mainly all Top Brands Laptops in Pakistan. Once you have selected your desired product, you can confirm your order by giving the necessary information and completing the online purchase.

  3. iii. You can also buy from us by visiting our store in Karachi or our Authorized dealers in Lahore and Islamabad.
  • Does Paklap have a store in Lahore and Islamabad?

We have our store in Karachi, however, we have authorized resellers in Lahore and Islamabad too where customers can conveniently visit, make purchases, collect their deliveries, and avail our services. These resellers provide a local touch to our reliable store, ensuring a seamless experience for customers in these cities.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

If you choose to order online, we accept online payments and cash on delivery. When you are buying from our outlet, we accept cash payments. You can also choose to pay digitally via EasyPaisa/JazzCash or transfer funds online via online bank transfer.

  • How long does the shipping take, and what are the delivery charges?

At Paklap, we are committed to delivering your product within 24 to 96 hours, i.e. 1 to 4 days. As far as the delivery charges are concerned, the delivery is absolutely free for Laptops. Enjoy hassle-free deliveries of your favorite products with peace of mind!

The products that are out of stock and are made available on the demand of customers, it may take up to 1 month before delivery. However, the buffer period will shorten as per the said product’s availability.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

Right now, we are not offering international shipping. We have our store in Karachi and authorized dealers in Lahore and Islamabad, hence, we deliver in all the cities of Pakistan but not out of Pakistan.

  • What is your return/exchange policy?

As we deal in tech products, once the item is sold, we cannot return or exchange it. The brand-new laptops and other gadgets cannot be returned once they are sold. However, there are exceptions for products that have a manufacturing fault and we can help you in claiming the warranty.

  • How can I track my order?

  • Can the order be changed or canceled after being placed?

We regret to tell you that the customer cannot cancel or change the order after it has been placed. The confirmation process is to save you and us from the hassle, to ensure a smooth experience. To save your precious time, we proceed to dispatch your order within a few hours after confirmation. Once your order is dispatched from the inventory, it cannot be modified or canceled.

  • Do you offer any deals, discounts, or promotions?

Yes, we offer weekly & monthly deals on our website. In fact, every special occasion calls for a special discount. We are glad that a good majority of our customers benefit from those promotions and discounts and will continue to bring exciting deals, discounts, and promotions in the future.

  • Can you gift wrap and/or add personalized messages with the order?

If the customer requests, we can do gift wrapping or write some personalized messages absolutely free of cost. We care for our customers and their loved ones and would love to make them feel special.   • Do you claim the international warranty?

We have 100% authentic and original products available on our site that are shipped from the manufacturer or resellers. We do not manufacture laptops, MacBooks, or any other tech product available on our site. We only resell them. Paklap does not claim an international warranty. It is the manufacturer that will claim the warranty. The customer has to reach out to the manufacturer of the product and claim their warranty. Unfortunately, many tech brands are not available in Pakistan so the customers have to get the warranties claimed internationally.

  • Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

Always confirm your exact address before the delivery is dispatched for a seamless experience. A wrong address means a hassle for both, you and us. Once the order is dispatched from our inventory, the customer cannot change the given address. Please make sure that you are giving the correct address while completing the ordering process. In case of a typo, please inform us as soon as possible.

  • I need help unsubscribing from your newsletter and promotional emails.

The newsletters and promotional emails are sent to our customers to keep them informed regarding discounts, promotions, and other information. If you wish to unsubscribe, go to the bottom of the email and you will find an icon there.

  • How to know whether or not the product is in stock, and how frequently do you update your inventory?

We update the inventory daily, almost on an hourly basis. If an item or a product goes out of stock, we update it on our site. Tech products come and go very fast so we have to update the inventory and their prices as fast as we can.

  • Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, absolutely. You can place an order over the phone by calling on our number at 0304-111-3005. The customer services will ask for the necessary details and upon confirmation, your order will be delivered in the next 24 to 96 hours (i.e. 2 to 4 days).

  • What to do if an item I wish to order is out of stock?

If your favorite product goes out of stock before you get a chance to order it, you can choose to get notified once it is available again. Paklap also makes products available upon request. You can contact us, email us, or call us and we will check if we can make that specific item available for you. Once you drop your request with customer services, they will help you through the process.
