Apple has done a satisfactory job up till now as far as the Apple TV is concerned. Even though, 3rd Gen Apple TV did what it stated, but it still missed the spark that the conventional Apple products instill.

Apple currently exists in the phase 4 of its Apple TV and unsurprisingly, wants to put an end to its Third- Gen Apple TV. According to the reports, the Third-Gen Apple TV is officially going to be put to an end, after the unattended orders are fulfilled.

Apple TV Third-Gen was a good option for the low-on- cash buyers as it was priced at $70 only. One can still purchase the good old Third-Gen device as the refurbished devices are still there in the market. However, the stocks of these devices are reported to end soon, thus eliminating Third-Gen Apple TV completely from the picture.

As the Third-Gen comes to an end, it opens new ways for the Fourth-Gen Apple TV to show what it is all about.

4th-GEN APPLE TV:

APPLE TV (3rd Gen) certainly needed an upgrade. From the remote casing to the app store, all the elements in the Apple TV Third-Gen were not at par as per the Apple standards. The remote`s design was lurking in the past, interface needed some work and the apps and games were not the best in the market as compared to the competition.

However, the recently launched Fourth-Gen Apple TV entails all the elements that were missing in the Third-Gen TV. The new interface is developed, distinguished and far more attractive. The remote has got an upgrade in the design as well as the Siri feature has been amended appropriately. The voice recognition feature works incredibly well and most importantly, the Fourth-Gen Apple TV holds a solid app store.

The specs have been given a tremendous boost as well. A8 Chips are coupled with a 2GB RAM that makes it a device even faster than iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. The only setback this generation of Apple TV contains is the lack of 4K support. The competitors, Google and Xiaomi, have already launched their 4K capable media streaming devices and it is time for Apple to do the same. However, apart from the 4K feature, the Fourth-Gen of Apple TV got the upgrade that it truly deserved and is doing really well even without the 4K compatibility.
