AMD has been making some great strides in the gaming industry with its Ryzen processors and the Radeon Vega next generation GPU which is expected to be launched on 30th July. Recently there has been some new leaks about the latest GPU which makes the gaming enthusiasts more eager to get their hands on this power packed GPU.

Here is what the new Radeon Vega will have, according to rumors:

Four distinct reference boards are expected to be in the upcoming Radeon Vega

The top model is Radeon Vega XTX, which will have two different versions, one which will be air cooled and the other, expensive one, will be water cooled.

TDP of 375W in Water Cooled one and 285W in the air cooled one

A bit lower than XTX will be the XT, having 285W TDP, and 64 commute units

The lowest model will be the XL, which will have the same 285W TDP but will have 56 commute units

All boards will have about 8GB of HDM2 video memory

AMD has already launched its Frontier Edition of Radeon Pro for professional users, and its performance is quite satisfactory. The upcoming Radeon Vega will give tough competition to other GPU manufacturers, especially the high-end XTX model and as AMD has always been on the affordable side, it is a safe bet that if performance is top notch then users will start preferring AMD over other companies such as Intel, they are already winning out on the economic side with their upcoming Ryzen Thread ripper processors.
