Order Returns & Warranty Claims.

Replace:

  1. All our products are thoroughly checked and tested by the quality control department before they leave the warehouse, and if somehow, a buyer still faces an issue with specification, manufacturing defects or any other issue with the product, you can then avail the 7 days replacement policy. Any product bought from the shop or the website will not be exchanged or returned if it doesn’t have any of the issues mentioned above. If a laptop is couriered to you then you must inform us about the defect on the day of delivery.
  2. The buyer MUST contact the concerned department within 2 days for a replacement.
  3. The faulty product will only be replaced with the same specifications and model number.
  4. We deliver all our products through Leopard, TCS, and Blue-ex. If you receive a damaged/broken product, then you must notify us the same day in order to get a replacement.
  5. All Laptops may show less warranty due to time spend in transit and sale laptop will not be return due to this reason.
  6. Incase of returns or 07 days replacement both side shipment amount will be paid by customer.
  7. We deliver all our products through Leopard, TCS, and Blue-ex. If you receive a damaged/broken product, then you must notify us the same day in order to get a replacement.

 

Warranty Claim:

 

  1. No warranty for Burn, Speekers, Dead Laptop, Touch of screen or Screen, Software, Adaptor & Battery.
  2. Warranty cannot be claimed on Phone physical laptop on time with original invoice is required for warranty claim.
  3. Warranty of any item will be claimed as per company terms and conditions.
  4. It may take up to 60Days for warranty claim of any sort of warranty.
